ROSEBERY AGAIN REPLIES.

LONDON, September 29. Lord Rossbery, in a letter to the Times, replies to Mr Chamberlain's "baseless sneers at his attitude towards colonisCs!" The letter, reiterates that Mr Chamberlain has never told U» nation what it will obtain in return for what it gives.
