The United Mine Workers' Association have practically decided to strike.. Eighty thousand workers are involved. THE 'SYDNEY BAG ROBBERY. (Received August 3, 10.11 p.m.) SYDNEY, August 3. Four men received sentences ranging from four to six years in connection with the robbery of a wages bag from Mr Forster on April 29 last. THE VANCOUVER SERVICE: (Received August 3, 10.11 p.m.) MELBOURNE, August 3. In the House, the Postmaster-General stated that the New Zealand Government had enquired as. to whether Queensland was withdrawing from the Vancouver service, and expressed her willingness to take over thd steamers and call at a port in New Zealand instead of at Brisbane. The Queensland Government concurred, and New Zealand was informed in February, but nothing further had sinod been done. The Federal Government had no intention of abolishing or altering the subsidy, or doing away with any other contract. \
