Received 7, 9.30 a.m. LONDON, January 6. I Professor Bell-Meuden, _ German .scientist, and Sir William Ramsey -have devised a method for extracting- zinc wmte, worth thirty pounds _ ton, from refuse heaps of tho Welsh mines. Fifteen tons of rubbish will yi_ld a ton of zinc white.
