CALEDONIAN CONCERT.
Saturday night's I'rogramme Araa better than that of the preceding evening. Besides the performers already engaged Mrs M. J. Goodsdn (Miss Kate Connell) was persuaded to sing, and her songs were enthusiastically received. She chose a lovety air by Cnaminade, "Stay," and "Sunny Spain," and received vociferous encores, in response to which she sang "Kighfn gale's Song" and Grieg's famous "Solviegsliecl." Miss B. Flynn, Miss Taaisiey. and Miss Randall, Messrs J. W. Ryan and A. Ballance were all encored for their songs. Mis.s Washer's items were wall j' received. Messrs D. F. Patorson and R. Farmer contributed convc songs, which caused much amusement. The orchestral selection by the Flynn Family was capitaJily played, the opening movement bain? especially good, and was re-demanded. Mrs W. A. Quin was a most efficient accompanist.
