MR CH AMBERLAIN'S IDEAS DENOUNCED.

Received 4, 12.1p a.m. ' . LONDON, January 3. In the WTlrse of his annual address to the English Positivist Committee, dent Frederick Harrison denounced Mr Chamberlain's fiscal revolution. As an alternative President Harrison advocated the reopening of the whole question of landholdinp and larid taxation. The Daily Chronicle asserts tnat Mr Chamberlain is playing a single star part, and is afraid the piece would no longer draw if he were absent. It believes he intends to transfer the campaign ta'thn colonies if he loses on the first general election in Britain.
