SYDNEY, June II. 1 The Marine Court of Inquiry found the Oakland was seaworthy and well found, the foundering bting probably caußed by the cargo of coal shifting during the heavy weather. The Birksgate brought the captain and crew of tbe wrecked barque Lotos from Fiji. The captain accounts fur the disaster by being out of his course, owing to currents, and the tide setting the vessel in towards a reef, on which she struck at eight o'clock at night, and filled wiih wutw iv a dangerous position.
