PARIS, June 8. . The Traissiet Company's steamers lusolaire and Liban collided off Marseilles.

There were 240 passengers and crew on the Liban, and it is feared" only 40 were saved.

The Liban was a vessel of 3000 tons. She sank in te» minutes, bow foremost.
