LAUNDRY EDUCATION.

Mr and Mrs Coxon, ironing experts, who have been recognised as instructors by the Education Department, .and in several of the centres, have given.' demonstrations in this necessary art, .have kindly^ -offered to give two free demonstrations of two hours! each this week, to the senior girls of the District High School. Mr Coxon holds testimonials received' from the Southland Education Board respecting a course of instruction given' by Mrs Coxon and himself ' I'd school girls and others . afc Xnvjercargilf last' year. Hawera Fire Police will bold a wet practice to-morrow evening, after which officers will be nominated. At the Police Court to-day, before Mr C. E.
