A CHARGE OF CONSPIRACY.
Adblaidb, August 20. Mr Nesbitt, the well-known lawyer, has moved for a rule nisi calling on Mr Hamburg, a Justice of the Peace, to show why he should not take an information against the Lieut. -Governor, Mr Kingston (Federal Minister of Customs), Mr O'Loughlin, and Dr Smith for conspiring to obtain his imprisonment in a lunatic asylum four years ago. The application was adjourned.
