COLLISION IN TABLE BAY.
TWENTY-ONE LIVES LOST.

Capetown, August 18. The barque The Highfields, from Cardiff, collided with the German* African line steamer Kaiser, anchored in Table Bay.
The Highfields sank, and the captain, second officer, and twenty-one of the crew were drowned, only four escaping.
