London, August 14. The Marylebone team consists of Findlay, Carpenter, Cbinnery, Banjit., Lucas, Smith, Thompson, W. Smith, Steveuson, Toung, and Mead.

Carpenter, played Howell on to the wicket. One for l.i Chinnery followed, and scored rapidly. Findlay was bowled by Howell. Two for 82.

Thompson filled the vacancy, but Chinncry was caught easily in the slips by Trumble off a rising ball. Three for 47. Banjit joined Thompson, and the pair made runß freely. Banjit was caught at short leg by Duff easily. Barririg an easy ebanoe to Gregory at mid-off off Armstrong, Banjit produced bis 60 runs by fine cricket.

After lunch, Lucas joined Thompson, and very quick play followed, Howell and Armstrong bowling. Thompson was easily caught in the slips, off a rising ball from Howell.
