SYDNEY'S WATER SUPPLY.
Received February 26, 0.44 a.m.
Sydney, February 25.
A serious condition of affairs has been manifest for some time in connection with Sydney's water supply. There is a sufficiency of water, but the means of conveyance are inadequate. It is estimated it will be necessary to spend a quarter of a million to make the city safe against a water famine.
