LIBEEALS STAGGERED. Received February 23. 5 2 a.m. -London, February 22. Lord Bosebery's decision to remain outside Sir H. Canopbellßannerman's political tabernacle has staggered the. Liberals, amongst whom thero is a great conflict of views. The extreme Radicals and Nationalists are jubilant. The former declare that Lord Rosebery has quitted his party, while the Roseberyites declare that he quitted the Bannermanites. "When Sir H. Campbell-Bannerman entered the House the Opposition did not attempt to cheer. The Times comI ments on the significance of this, and ! adds that the Liberal Imperialists steadily support Lord Rosebery.
