Compton, 8.A., formerly vicar of' the Waimate Plains, and is dedicated " Tomany friends and helpers in the Waimate Plains parochial distriot, Taranaki, N.Z.,. whose haspitality and kindness I can never ■ forget." There are about a dozen articles dealing with various hymnß, and, they are; most informing and interesting.
