CANADA'S INTERESTS.
Ottawa, February 20.
A feeling exists among the members of the Dominion Parliament that Canada's interests are sacrificed in connection with the abrogation of the Clayton-Bulwer treaty. It is cons' dored that arbitration in the Alaska difficulty ought to have been made an equivalent.
