KITCHENER SUPPOSED TO CONTEMPLATE A BIG MOVE.
REPORT THAT BOTHA WAS CAPTURED. £ Received February 20, 9.88 a.m. i London, February 19. The strict censorship of news in South Africa is interpreted to signify that Lord Kitchener is organising a big move. Dr Van Kuyper, Netherlands Premier, is convinced that the Boer delegates 1 mission to America will be fruitless. An officer, in a letter, states tbat prisoners taken when General Botha's laager was captured at Knapdaar declare that Louis Botha (Boer Com-mander-in-Chief) was also captured, but was not recognised, and being placed in charge of' 4the rearguard, escaped in the confusion.
