LABOUR TROUBLES IN SPAIN,
Eeceived February 20, 9 a.m. Madrid, February 19. Farther fatal conflicts between strikers and military have occurred at Barcelona. An officer called the Supervisor of Anarchists was murderously attacked, and narrowly escaped being killed. The strike was originated by rejection of the metal workers' demand for nine hours a day.
