DIVIDENDS. Totalisator dividends in the proportion of 75 per ent to the first and 25 per cent to the second orse will bo paid in all races where five or more orses the property of different owners start. In the event of horses the property of one owner, nd being coupled on the machine, running first nd second, or dead heat for first place, the ividend will be declared on the coupled horses nly. In the event of coupled horses finishing first nd dead heat for second place with another j lorse, the dividends will be) declared in the pro- ! iortion of 80 per cent to the coupled horses and ' 0 per cent to the other horse. ' Bookmakers, their clerks, or agents will not be dmitted to the racecourse or enclosure, and any lerson laying totalisator odds will be prosecuted. - Note— The Post and Telegraph Office closes ' 1 6 p.m. The Seoretary will receive money for investment on tbe totalisator.
