TATTERSALLS.
Hobart, February 12. The Ministry believe the action of the Federal Government is vltra vires with regard to Tattersalls, and assert there is no power by a side issue to abrogate the Lotteries Act. They probably will request the Federal Government to stay all action till the Federal High Court can adjust the matter.
