Messrs Freeman R. Jackson and Co., in conjunction with' Messrs Abraham and Williams, report as to their Johnsonville sale as follows :— A smaller entry of beef than usual. From fair to good quality Bold on a par with late rates. Best bullocks made from L 8 15s to L 9'; others, L 8 7s 6d to L 8 10s ; light bullocks, L 7 15s to LBss ; averaging, 20s to 21s per lOOlba. Prime heavy ewes made lls Id to lls 7d ; good ewes, 10s to 10s 7d; wethers, 7s 6d to 7s 7d.
