(PBR PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, February 11. The Hon. A. J. Cadman, M.L.C., and Mr E. M. Smith, M.H.8., the Taranaki ironsand missionere, returned from England* to-day in the Karamea. Mr Oadman's return was necessitated partly by considerations of health and partly from the fact that he had some urgent business to attend fco in the colony. He will go back m a month or six weeks to arrange finally for floating a company to work the ironaand deposits. Mr Cadman is sanguine of the suoobsb of his venture. New Zealand credit stands low on the London market just now, chiefly, he thinka, through the effects of the mining collapse and the machinations of disappointed debentureholders of the Midland Railway Company..
