Jackson and Co., in conjunction with Messrs Abraham and Williams, report as to theit Johsonville saleß as follows : — We had a fair yarding of cattle from medium to good quality. The beef in bulk entered was cows and heifers, and it sold at full values. A large entry of sheep and lambs came forward, and sold somewhat easier than of late. We quote :— Beef, 20s to 21s per lOOlbs, and cow beef 18s ; best bullocks, L 8 12s 6d to L 9 7s 6d ; medium, LBs to L 8 7s 6d ; otherß, L 7 15s to L 7 17s 6d ; cows and heifers, L6ss to L 6 17s 6d ; cows, L 5 5b to L 6; Fat ewes, 9s 9d to 11s 6d ; medium, 8s 3d to 9s 6d ; fat lambs, 9a 3d to 10s sd; forward lambs, 5b 8d to 63 9d; store wethers, 7s lOd.
