CORONATION.

Received Fobruary 3, 1.6 a.m.

Melbourne, February 2. Tho Right Hon. E. Barton, Federal Premier, has received a despatch summoning him to attend the coronation. He favours every possible honor being shown to Premiers of the States ; but points out that New Zealand has a certain advantage over the Commonwealth States, just as she has over the provinces of Canada.

H.R.H. General the Duke of Connaught commands fifty thousand troops at the Coronation.

The colonial Premiers will be quartered at the Hotel Cecil.
