WELLINGTON ELECTRIC TRAMWAYS.
(PKB PRE* S ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, January 30. Plans for the new electric tramway service were to-night submitted to the City Council and approved. The scheme provides for an express service, and a slower one. The new order of things it is supposed will be in full working order three years hence. The work is to commence forthwith.
