SERVIAN TROUBLE.
Belgrade, January 26.
Prince Kerageorgvitch, the Servian pretender, has been summoned to St. Petersburg. He has issued a manifesto urging the Servians to subscribe to a memorial to his grandfather. This is regarded as a clever move to upset the Obrenovitch family.
