UNEMPLOYED IN BERLIN— THE KAISER DISTRESSED.
Berlin, January 24.
The Kaiser is greatly distressed by the unemployed in Berlin, and has ordered the prosecution of publio works. He has requested the municipal authorities to devote the money proposed to be spent on illuminations in honour of his birthday to charity.
