The German Imperial yacht Hohenzollern, with Prince Henry (brother to the Kaiser), sailed for America yesterday. Admiral Dewey declares that tbe Kaiser is sending Prince Henry to sound President Roosevelt and the Cabinet as to how far the Monroe doctrine would be enforced if Germany occupied Venezuelan ports for an indefinite period in order to collect the debts. . Admiral Dewey also states that no alliance existed with Great Britain, but there was an understanding that in the event of trouble America would not aid England's enemies in any act in any part of the world.
