Received January 28, 0.16 a.m. London, January 22. All the newspapers eulogise the late Queen Victoria.

The King, Queen, Prince and Princess of Wales attend service, to commemorate the anniversary of the Queen's death, at the Frogmore mausoleum to-day, the Bishop of Winchester officiating. Received January 23, 1 a.m.

Sydney, January 22. Some flags were half-masted, and a salute fired, but nothing like any general observation took place. A solitary wreath was placed on the Queen Victoria Statue.
