ANOTHER SHAMROCK.

San Francisco, December 26.

A despatch from London says that Sir Thomas Lipton had a long interview with the Kin», during which his plans were unfolded, and the America Cup races discussed. The King showed the keenest interest, and offered suggestions. He said he thought it would be hard to build a boat to beat the Ameiicans, to which Sir Thomas Lipton responded that he was at least confident he could secure a yacht a good deal better than the Shamrock 11.
