THE ARIADNE CASE.
(PBR PRESS ASSOCIATION.)
Christchuroh, January 20. The charge againat Feke, Kerry and Mumford of casting away the yacht Ariadne began at Supreme Court today. Mr Skerrett, who appeared for Kerry, applied for the case to stand over till two o'olook, as fresh evidence for accused oame to hand, and waa ouly reoeived this morning. The application was granted.
