London, January 19. f The tone of the Austrian newspapers has become decidedly more favourable to Britain. The Neu frei Presse says the warmth of the King's acknowledgment of the colonies 1 self-sacrifice shows that Mr Chamberlain was right in alleging that Great Britain was no little island empire, but represents the whole British race in five parts of the world.
