London, January 18. Eeuter's Agency stafeß that the Sultan of Turkey has approved of the Bagdad railway, at a cost of seventeen thousand francs per kilometre. Koweyfc has been abandoned as the Persian Gulf terminus of the railway, owing to political reasons.
