COLIONIAL BUTTER.

A splendid advertisement for New Zealand butter was scoured on Monday last by Mr H. C. Cameron (Bays the Wellington Post London correspondent). At the Society of Arts, one of the course of Cantor lectures had reference to butter, a lecture being given by Mr William Jago, P.C.S., F.I.C. Mr Cameron supplied this gentleman with samples of New Zealand butter, and Mr Jago analysed them, together with samples of Danish, Russian, Austrian, Normandy, and other makes, with the result that he was able to say that, taking 1001b as a standard, New Zealand butter was worth from 103 to 1061b to the next best, which oame to the 1001b.
