The Presbytery, on tbe motion of Rev. E. E. M. Sutherland, seconded by Mr E. B. Cargill, unanimously resolved, That the Presbytery have no sympathy with the veiled but unmistakable pro Boerism of the acting-editor of the Outlook, and express deep regret that he should use his position to write what he must have known would be an offence to bis readers, and misrepresent the churches whose organ the Outlook is.
