THE BIRMINGHAM RIOT.
Eeceived January 15, 0.25 p.m. London, January 14. At the inquest on the man killed in the riot at Mr Lloyd-George's pro-Boer meeting at Birmingham on December 18th, a verdict of manslaughter was returned against an unknown policeman.
