Chbisichubch, January 23. Fat cattle, mostly poor sorts, met a better market at 22s to 25s per 1001b, good to prime beef 18s to 21s. Best steers L 8 to LlO, others L 6 17s 6d to L 7 10s; best heifers L 7 to LB, others L 5 17s 6d to L 6 10s; best cows L 7 to LB, others L 5 to L 6 103. Fat sheep : Freezing wethers 18s to 20s, lighter 16s 9<l to 17s 6d ; best ewes 16s to 17s 9d, others 14s to 15s 6d.
