(By Tbleqraph.— Spboial to Star.> Wellington, January 25 Corporals Morrison and Mitchell have« been made Lieutenants, and commissioned to the Sixth Contingent, They arrive positively in Hawera on Saturday night, sailing from New Plymouth on Monday night, to catch the troopship Cornwall at Auckland.
