The Times hopes the Suwarrow Island will be annexed immediately, as delay is dangerous where one of the best Pacific harbours is concerned. [It will be remembered that in bringing down his resolution re the annexation of the Cook group the Premier omitted the island of Suwarrow, which has a fine harbour, and a special resolution was passed when the »vorsightwas discovered.]
