St. Leger, by Donoaster (Derby winner), dam Atlantis, by Thormanby (Derby winner), has been several years champion site ot New Zealand. St. Clements was ft most brilliant performer, having been eight years on the turf, and won more than half his races (vide Turf Registei), besides being placed on numerous other occasions under all weights up to lOst 71b.
