Per Press Association.— By Electric Telegraph. — Copyright Reoeived October 8, 10 a.m. London, October 7. It is officially stated that the War Office is about to create 76 new batteries of artillery and fourteen regiments of the line. The War Office is also reorganising the transport service and largely increasing tho army service corps and army medical service.
