Auckland, October 5. ' Horses: Heavy draughts, up to L4O; medium draughts, Ll9 to L3l 10b, according to age; useful farm horses, Lls to L 18; strong hacks and harness horses, LlO to LI4; common Borts, Mto L 8; i bandßome weight-carrying hacks, L 25. At Remuera, on Thursday; there was a fair muster of beef, and all of real good quality, LI to LI 8s the lOOlbs. Prices for steers were from L 7 to Lll 2s 6d; cows, L 4 10s to L 7 eaoh. .Wethers were from 17s to LI Is 9d; lighter sorts, 14s to 16s; ewes, 18s to 17s; hoggets, 10s 6d to 12s. Spring lambs were from 7s to 12s 9d tor well fatted; small, 5s 6d to 7a 6d eaoh.
