It is officially announced that Germany accepts the Emperor's Edict foreshadowing punishments for the> leaders of the trouble, as the first stop towards the re-establishment of order m China, and asks the Allies to inquire as to the sufficiency and correctness of the li«t of offenders, and arrange and control the execution of the penalties. America adheres to Germany's decision. The other Powers are favorable. Bydnby, Ootober 0. The steamer Perthshire sailed for China with 445 British remounts.
