♦ BESOLUTION by CHBISTCHUBCH WOMEN'S POLITICAL LEAGUE. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Christchurch, October 8. At a meeting of the Women's Political Association, reference was made to the recent trouble between the Premier and Mr Collins, and a motion was passed to the effect that the Association desired to place on record its disapproval of the Premier's treatment of those members of his party — who ventured to differ from him in matters before the House.
