The Council met at 2.30.
Leave of absence was granted the Hon Thos. Kelly for the remainder of the session, on account of ill-health.
The Victoria College Act Amendment and Income Assessment Bills were read a first time.
The Indictable Offences Summary Jurisdiction Bill was read a third tune and passed.
j The Government Railways Bill was j further considered in committee, and I reported with amendments.
The Slaughtering and Inspection Bill was further considered in committee, and reported with amendments. The Council rose at 9.15 p.m.
