At tho Police Court to-day, Robert Donaldson was charged with distributing pictures of a grossly indecent nature. The first charge failed, as accused had handed pictures direct to one girl only, and that was held not to be distributing. In a second charge, in which he had handed pictures to one girl aged 15, to hand to another girl, Mr C. C. Graham, S.M., characterised the offence as an abominable one, and inflicted a sentence of one month. Notice of appeal was given. ' •
