SUPREME COURT.
The re-hearing of the charge against Axel Holmes for breaking and entering the dwelling-room of C. Jensen, at Canville, near Patea, occupied the court; all Monday. The jury, failing to agree, were discharged. ' His Honor directed the accused to be brought before the court today.
