(per press association.) Nbw Plymouth, Ootober 2. In the Supreme Court, the case of Axel Holmes, on a charge of breaking and entering, was pat back to next Beßsionß, two juries having failed to agree. In the Divorce Court, in the case Lucas v. Lucas (wife's petition on the ground of desertion), a decree nisi was granted.
