City of Melbourne Bank.
(per press association.)
MELBOURNE, November 2.
The julge finished summing up in the City of Melbourne Bank case, and said he did not like to speak ill of a dead man, but that Longmuir had certainly behaved unfaithfully towards the directors. It was, he said, hard that they should be called upon to account for matters which he had concealed from them. The jury are now considering their verdict.
