Madagascar.
(per press association.) PARIS, October 31. General Galheni, the new French administrator at Madagascar, has ordered the execution of the Hova, minister of the interior, for complicity in the recent rebellion, and also the uncle of the Queen of the Hovas. The General declined to visit tho Queen on the ground that he thought; it was her duty to call on him. The Premier of the Hovas has resigned, and no successor has been appointed.
