The import duties on spirits would be reduced from 15s to 18s per gallon, and the excise duties on grape brandy and malt whiskey from 18a to 9s ; other sorts to 11s per gallon ; oandleß would be reduced from 2d to lid ; imported woollens to 15 per cent; tbe duties on machinery would also be reduced ; the primage duties wonld be i abolished on January Ist.
